Event

•The Dept. tries to arrange seminar lectures by the students. We also encourage our students to visit different Laboratories with Scientific activities. Our students visited places like the Chemistry laboratory, Toxicology Laboratory, Explosive Laboratory of Central Forensic Science Laboratory, Ministry of Home Affairs, Kolkata. They also visited Science City, Kolkata, Birla Industrial & Technological Museum, Kolkata.

•Except that our students have regularly participated in different Science Exhibition in the district and also in the state level.

•“Pandit Dharanath Bhattacharya Science Fair-2016” was organized on 18th. And 19th. Aug, 2016 also with other Science Departments of this Mahavidyalaya.

•A Science Seminar was also organized on “Waste water management” in which the key Speaker was Dr. R.N.Saha, Associate Prof. National Institute of Technology, Durgapur.
